Why Selling Feels Like Performing

Calen

So you have the gift, you have the calling, you have done the inner work. So why does selling steal feel like performing? Because you do not have an offer ecosystem. You have an idea. An idea alone will not fund your assignment. Today, we're gonna fix that. So welcome to The Stuck No More Voices podcast. I'm Theresa Croft on YouTube and Apple. I am a voice strategist and a founder of the EVOICE Method™and The Stuck No More Executive Cohort. I'm here for a reason to help establish Christian women leaders take advantage of their tool. Their voice is not just a tool, it's a calling. And today we're talking about how to build the offer. That carries it. We're continuing on with the Evoice Method™We are on the O that that's the platform that we use in the cohort, but what I'm really about to teach you only works if the foundation's pretty strong. Okay? Specifically Episode 308 and 311 if you wanna make sure about that. But let's go right on into the O. The O is not where you start. Is where we build O stands for OFFER Ecosystem. And I need you to understand something before we go one step further. Most women I know or work with do not have an offer problem. They have an alignment problem. They build an offer from what they thought the market wanted instead of what God positioned them to carry. And then they wonder why selling feels like performing. While showing up online feels like convincing, instead of inviting why? The women who need them most are not finding them. It's because the offer is not rooted, and an unrooted offer will exhaust you every time. You know, I can go back to years and see the difference and the heartbreaks of the offers. That landed nowhere. Then I leaned into what? The women that I was talking to wanted, and they wanted an identity, they had identity issues. This was a long time ago, 2019, I launched the Redeem Your Voice Camp. Had a great group there, learning two times a month about our identity. Well, my husband's accident with third degree burns, over 30% of his body put me in a care for him position, so I could not carry out the camp anymore. Let's, let's continue to focus on you. So today I'm giving you three things, three points that will change how you think about what you sell. Who you serve and how you structure the pathway that takes a woman from finding you to fully working with you. Sounds good. Let's go point number one. You can write this down. An offer is not a product. It is a solution to a specific woman, specific pain. I want you to think about the woman you serve, woman, in general, her. The one you are built for speaking to the person you once were the one who's lying awake at 2:00 AM scrolling through Instagram, Facebook, with the same questions you used to carry. What is her pain right now? Not what does she say she wants? What does she actually need? Because there's always a gap. Between what a woman asks for and what she actually needs. She says she wants more followers. She needs to know her message is worth following. She says she wants a content strategy. She needs to believe her story is worth telling. She says she wants to make more money. She needs permission to charge what her authority is actually worth. You offer the bridge. Between the pain she can name and the transformation only you can produce. I built the Stuck No More Executive Cohort not because the market needed another Coaching program. I built it because I kept meeting women who had done the inner work, built real credibility, built their business to a pretty awesome place, but. They walked through real fire and they still felt invisible. And by the way, I gotta tell you, I do extensive market research before building these three platforms that are inside. There's a platform with the EVOICE Method™platform for ai and then a platform for the published voice, which includes three avenues. But let's go back to what the market needs. The research that I did show me how this pain was specific. It required a solution, not another course, not a masterclass, a cohort, a room, a structured 12 week experience that took her from identity all the way through AI to their published voice. Whether that was speaking on stage, writing our podcast, that specific point is what made it sellable? Not necessarily my marketing. The specific point is what made it sellable? It was specific. The precision of that match between her pain. What I built to solve it. So before you build anything else, answer this or put it into a prompt. I'll go slow. What is the one problem I and what you do and offer and absolutely qualified by experiencing calling to solve their name, the problem, and find transformation. Name the transformation process. So it's not five problems. Simplicity. Lemme look over there is the ultimate refinement. Simplicity. One. Start there. Point two, one. Offer is not an ecosystem. An ecosystem has levels. Here's what I've seen happen. A woman gets real clear on her gift. She's excited and she wants to build one offer. Usually it's a high ticket program because she hurts somewhere that that's where the real money is. She launches it and crickets, and she concludes that her offer does not work or that the high ticket is not for her. But listen, the problem was not the offer. The problem was that she was asking a cold woman audience to make a warm woman decision right there, and that is not how trust works. Think about how you came to trust anything significant in your life. A coach, a doctor, a friendship. There were layers. There was an introduction before there was a commitment, there was proof before there was investment, there was time spent learning the person, the system. So your office ecosystem works the same way. You need an entry point. Something that introduces her to who you are and what you carry. In my world, that is the CEO Voice assessment. It is free, no strings, just clarity, and the assessment comes with an optional 15 minute voice strategy that goes right along with that assessment. It gives her a taste of how I think, how I teach, and what it feels like to be seen by someone who actually understands her specific problem. Then are you ready? You need a middle offer, something that delivers real transformation at a lower investment. Might be a workshop, might be a one day intensive, a single session, a one-to-one call, something that proves the result before she commits to the full journey. Then you offer your signature offer, the one that carries the full transformation, the room she's been waiting to walk in. For me, that is the executive cohort. It's a foundation with expansion tiers because different women are ready for different levels of investment and support. I understand that. Three levels. Introduction, transformation, preview, full experience. That my friend is an ecosystem, not three random products, three, intentional on-ramps to the same direction. Proverbs says, A man plans his steps, but God directs his path. Build the steps. Let God direct who walks with them and when point number three. Your offer must flow from the E, the executive authority and the V vision and values this is the part nobody really talks about and is the part that will either set you free or it'll keep you stuck feeling like it hits your same place in your head in the wall at the same time. Always. I know that feeling, but, but, but, but when your offer is disconnected from your identity and vision. It feels like convincing. Yeah. It's like you have to work yourself up before a launch or you shrink when someone pushes back on your price, you discount before they even ask you apologize for the investment before you name it. I know because I have been there when my identity was in shambles, trying to survive mental torture from trauma. I was always giving valuable things away. Yeah, I, I launched the Redeem Your Voice Camp, but that wasn't before lots of trial and error, but when your offer is an overflow of who God said you are and where he said you are going, it's a different conversion entirely. You're not convincing anyone. You're extending an invitation, and the right woman does not need to be convinced. She just needs to be found. The E tells you who you are in the EVOICE Method™The V tells you where you are going and listen, the O is the vehicle you build to take her there with you. It is not separate from your identity. It is an expression of it. My friend Elana van Deventer teaches that when our thoughts and actions are aligned with our true identity, the brain experiences significant less stress and significantly more creative output. In my cohort, we have some mental talks around this whole system. So in other words, when you are selling from who you actually are, your brain, your mind is not fighting itself, it is flowing. You're in the sweet spot and that flow, that ease, that confidence, that clarity, when you open your mouth to talk about what you offer women feel it. They trusted, they say yes to it. Psalm 68 11 says, the Lord gives the word and the women who proclaim it are a mighty throng. He gives the word, you proclaim it. The offer is simply the container. The words travel in. So friend stop building offers based on what you think the market will tolerate. Build from overflow, build from assignment, build from the place where your story and her need meet in the middle and watch what God does with it. So lemme bring this all home. Are you ready? The O is not about having more to sell. It's about building a pathway that honors where she is and takes her where she needs to go. One specific solution, three intentional levels, all of it rooted in who God already said you are. So listen, if you're ready to build that, if you're ready to stop performing and start pouring The Stuck, no More Voices Executive cohort is where we do that work together. Now let me do what I say, the CEO voice assessment with a 15 minute voice strategy call is your first step. Get to know me, get to know what we're talking about. That link, by the way, is in the show notes. So Friend, your offer is not just a product, it's a portal, and the woman on the other side of it has been waiting long enough, not for some, but for now, I'm Theresa Croft. I'll talk to you in the next episode. The Sta No more Voices Pop. 3, 2, 1. BOI. I'm Theresa Gro. I'll talk to you in the next episode of The Second No More Voices podcast.
