You have built the credibility. You have done the work. You have the offer. So why does it still feel like you are posting into silence?

In this episode, Theresa walks you through the modality, the I in the EVOICE Method™. The Influence Platform.

Influence is not a follower count. It is a fingerprint. It is the moment a woman lands on your page and knows in three seconds who you are, who you serve, and what you stand for.

You will hear why influence is built on consistency of voice, not volume of content. You will learn the four layers of a platform that actually carries your authority. Your published voice. Your social presence. Your warm room. Your speaking voice.

Theresa unpacks why your platform needs one clear front door. Not a menu. One invitation. Because a woman who finds you has to be able to follow you somewhere.

Proverbs 18:16 says a man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men. Your gift is the voice. The platform is simply the room it makes.

Take the CEO Voice Assessment in the show notes. Seven indicators. Five minutes. Real clarity on where your platform stands and what it needs next.

Speak now. Your legacy is listening

Your Authority Outpaces Your Platform

You've been called, you have done the work, you have the offer, and you're still posting into what feels like silence, not because your message is wrong, because your platform has not caught up to your authority yet today. We close the gap. Hey, welcome to the Stuck. No More Voices podcast heard on Apple and YouTube. I'm Theresa Croft, your host, a voice strategist for Christian women leaders. I am here because I already know something about you, Uhhuh you. I see you. You are not a beginner. Hmm? You're not studying from scratch. You have the message, you have the miles, you have the scars that tied you. More than any classroom ever could, but somewhere along the way, the rooms your credibility already opened. Still have not heard your name. Friend that stops here. This podcast is for the woman of substance, the woman carrying a message bigger than our current platform. The one who has done the inner hard work, built the authority, and is ready to walk out of striving into thriving. Because here's what I know, uh, to be true. The woman who walks through the cohort, walks out, settled. She's no longer striving to be heard. She knows her message. She owns her voice and she's ready for every stage. Got already approved, the podcast, the platform, the page of the book that has had her name on it All along, I do not coach from the sidelines. I walk beside you, not as a coach, but as a mentor who's already taken the steps you are about to take. So pour the coffee, open the notes app, and let us get ready for the stage that has had your name on it all along your voice. I was never meant to stay silent. So we are in the I of the E Voice method. You know who you are. That is the E, you know where God is sending you. That is the V. You have started building the offer that carries the assignment. That is the O. And now we come to the I Influence platform. I need to draw a line right there because before we go any further, because the world, the in the word influence Oh, has been so diluted. And by social media culture that most women kind of flinch when they hear it, they picture follower counts, viral moments like aehthenic grids, women performing a version of themselves for an algorithm that is not what I mean when I say influence. Influence the kind we build inside. This method is not about reach, it's about resonance. It's about not about how many people see you. It's about whether the right people recognize themselves in what you say. One woman who finds you, trusts you and says yes is worth more than 10,000 followers who scroll past. So we are releasing the metrics of volume today, and we're picking up the metric that actually matters impact. So Point 1 Influence is not built on content. It's built on consistency of voice. I wanted to ask you something. When someone lands on your page, your Instagram, your LinkedIn, your website, do they immediately know who you are, who you serve, and what you stand for? Not after reading your bio in the first three seconds because three seconds, that is the window you have. Three seconds, and most women are spending those precious three seconds explaining their credentials instead of speaking to her pain. Here's what I know about after 29 years in media, 17 years in radio, the voices that break through are not the loudest ones. They're not the most polished ones. They are the ones that are unmistakably themselves every single time. Same conviction. I. Same language, same theological thread, running through everything they say, whether it's a caption, a spoken word, or a sales conversation. That is a voice fingerprint. Write that down. Voice fingerprint, and it's the foundation. Your influence platform is built on your voice. Fingerprint is the intersection of three things. How you speak, your cadence, your phrasing, your register, what you speak about, your core message, your recurring themes, and why you speak the conviction underneath everything that does not change, regardless of the platform or the trend. When those three things are consistent across every touchpoint, your platform stops being a content machine. It starts being a presence. And presence is what builds influence. You know, I tell you something personal here, because I could give you all the strategy in the world here. It would mean nothing if I didn't not say, Hey, I've lived this myself. There have been times when I have posted on social media. Or created a podcast that I thought was clear messages, good messages, that would just jack up the likes and listeners, listeners to my podcast. They did not, and then months later, a woman found it and said it changed her life. Months. This morning. Someone liked and commented about a podcast I did four years ago. So learn something, stay real to the core of who you are. That's what I'm gonna do. One woman who truly hears you is worth the 10,000 passive scrollers or listeners. That moment changed how I approach everything because I stopped trying to sound like someone who belonged in the room and I started sounding like the woman, God owns it, already, put there Point Two Your platform is not your social media. It's your ecosystem of presence. We talked about ecosystem of your business in last episode. This is the ecosystem of your presence. This is where a lot of women get stuck. They equate platform with a posting schedule. They think if they just show up more consistently on Instagram, everything will click. And then when they burn out and they conclude that the platform is not building for them. Platform is not a posting schedule. Platform is every place your voice lives in every way. A woman can find you, trust you, and take the next step with you. Your platform ecosystem. Hold on with me here, has four layers. Okay? Let's talk about this. The first layer is your published voice. This is where your long form content lives. For most of you, that might be a podcast. Uh, for some it's a YouTube channel. For others, it might be a blog or a newsletter. This is the layer where you go deep, where you teach, where you establish the authority that makes everything else, makes sense, maybe one to two times a week consistent, un mistakenly you. The second layer is your social presence. I heard on Instagram this one lady saying. You can't build a brand without social media. Yeah, you gotta stick in there through the likes and through the algorithm, and it was just so clear and so true because you need the second layer. I mean, it's free right now. Social media is free. This is where your published voice gets amplified in shorter form. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok. Now where you perform for the algorithm, where you start conversations that drive people back to your public voice repurposed. Unintentional, not reinvented from every scratch, every time you bring'em back for conversation that happened to me today, someone had said, I don't know if I got your message. And I said, well, come on, let's talk. And we went back and forth. Conversation platform. Get'em into your dms and talk to'em. Serve'em love. Don't try to sell to'em right away. Okay? The third layer. Is your warm room. This is where trust deepens your email list, your private community, and even I'd say your dms, when you get to know'em, the woman who have moved beyond following you into actually being in a relationship with your work. Small and sacred tend to it like a vineyard, not a billboard. The fourth layer is your speaking voice stages, podcasts. You guest on live events anywhere you show up in real time and speak directly into someone's life. This layer accelerates everything else because nothing builds the influence faster than a room that hears your voice. Feel something shift and that room could very well be online. It doesn't have to be on stage somewhere, just so you know. So you free up there with traveling and everything. Not that I don't like stages, don't get me wrong. Okay, so four layers. Your published voice, your social presence, your warm room, and your speaking voice. You not build all four at once. You build from the inside out. So you start with your published voice. Everything else grows from there. Proverbs 1816 says, A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men. Your gift is the voice. The platform is simply the room it makes. All right, Point three, hang on with me. The woman who finds you needs to be able to follow you somewhere. This is the piece that breaks the whole system. If it's missing, you can have the most powerful voice in your space and you post consistently. You can be a guest on every podcast, and if there's no clear next step, she'll admire you from a distance and never move to know you. The influence platform, it's not just about being visible. It's about being followable, and followable means one thing, clarity. She lands on your page and she knows exactly what you do, who you do it for, and what she should do next. Not three options, not a menu, one clear invitation. In my world, that invitation is the CEO Voice assessment that comes along with a strategy, voice strategy video. It tells it's free. It takes only a few minutes and it tells her exactly where she is in her platform journey. She can just kind of basically take the assessment and really get a good idea where she is. It's not a sales tool first. It is a service tool first, and because it serves her before it sells her, it builds the trust that eventually brings her into the cohort. Your platform needs a front door. One clear entry point that she can walk through. The moment she decides she wants more than a scroll. Yeah, without that front door, all the content in the world just creates awareness without movement. Habakkuk two verse two says, write the vision and make it plain so that the one who reads it may run. Make it plain Make it simple. Make the next stop plain and simple. Give her something to run toward. Now, let's say something that does not get said enough in platform conversations, your platform will only grow as far as your belief about your own voice will allow it. I've worked with women who have content like more than influencers, more credential than most experts, more story than most authors. And their platform is still small, not because they're not talented because. Something underneath the posting and the strategy, there is this quiet voice that says nobody's really listening, and so they post as if nobody is listening. And nobody does neuroscience. Check the neuroscience on this. Elana van Deventer work on mind Health confirms what God has already said. Their neural pathways are reinforced through. Repeated belief becomes the structure we operate from. And if you believe your voice is too small, too late, too local. Your platform will reflect that belief back to you every single time. By the way, Elana is one of our mental mentors in the cohort, so the influence platform starts in the mind before it starts on the feed, and we get to do something about that. Romans 12 verse two, be transformed by the renewing of your mind. You don't renew your mind on the content. Calendar your mind when you believe what God said about your voice. The best place to hear what he said is in his presence. Coffee and Jesus for me, or should it be Jesus and coffee? A place to renew your mind. You realize even in the presence, you get strategies, but that platform doesn't just grow. It attracts. It calls in the women who are already meant to find you. God does not waste a voice that is fully surrendered to him. Not one word, not one episode, not one post that was prayed over and sent out. In faith, he gives the word, you proclaim it. The platform is simply how far the world travels. Let me bring this home for you. The I in the EVOICE Method™is not about being everywhere. It's about being undeniably somewhere consistent, voice layered presence, one clear front door. All of it is rooted in a renewed mind that believes what God said about the assignment. Your influence platform is not something you build for visibility. It is something you steward for impact. With the visibility comes the stewardship for impact, and the woman who's been searching for a voice like yours, she's out there right now. She's scrolling, she's listening, looking for someone who sounds like what she has been feeling, but could not find the words for, and that's someone is you. The CEO Voice assessment is your first step if you are ready to get clear on where your platform is. Where your voices and what it needs next. The link is in the show notes. Friend. The platform was always meant to carry the voice and the voice was always meant to reach her, not for some day. For now, I'm Theresa Croft and I'll talk to you in the next episode of Stuck No More Voice podcast.
